For all damage claims and return considerations, please record a continuous video while opening the parcel. This video is required to substantiate a damage claim and help us resolve it quickly.
Extra threads, handloom marks, thread pullings, and jumpings are inherent characteristics of handwoven sarees and are not considered damage. These details contribute to the unique charm and authenticity of each saree.
Returns are accepted only when a saree is damaged. You must report the damage within one day of receiving the product, and it must be clearly visible in the uncut parcel-opening video for the claim to be valid.
A returned saree must be properly folded. A misfolded saree may be sent back to the customer. Proper folding protects the product and preserves its integrity during transit.
The exchange will be initiated after we receive the returned saree in good condition and confirm that the return meets the guidelines above.
Digital images may vary by approximately 5–10% from the actual product colour. Returns are not accepted for slight colour variations, as screens and individual colour perception may differ.
